The Goodwood Hotel
Set at the heart of the Goodwood Estate, The Goodwood Hotel offers a variety of flexible spaces whatever your event
Whether it's a residential conference, company focus session, board meeting or private dinner, we are perfectly equipped to provide you with your ideal space and ensure your event is a resounding success.
The Lennox Suite
Whether you are looking for somewhere to hold a special lunch or dinner, an important meeting or celebration, our four newly-designed Lennox rooms offer a charming, comfortable setting for your guests.
Located in the oldest part of the Hotel (which was originally a coaching inn for guests of Goodwood House during the 18th century) each room has been carefully restored to reflect the look and feel of a gloriously comfortable country house.
The Lennox Reception
The Lennox Reception has its own private entrance where guests are warmly welcomed. Featuring a beautiful antique desk and fireplace, it’s been decorated with delightful touches, such as vintage pegs and an umbrella stand.
Guests can unload, check-in and enjoy coffees or drinks before heading to the main rooms.
The Lennox Room
Restored to its former Georgian glory, The Lennox Room features a mix of antique furniture with a contemporary twist. The dark green, faux ostrich leather covered table, surrounded by the wartime assembly hall chairs are a modern touch to the room.
The room is perfect for both meetings, parties and dinners and can welcome 16 guests for lunch or dinner, or 30 guests on 3 round tables of 10. It’s perfect for a meeting, as there’s a concealed, state-of-the-art screen, as well as a sound system for presentations.
The Red Room
The Red Room is perfect for smaller groups of 8-10 people, whether you’re hosting a meeting or enjoying a private lunch or dinner.
The striking room boasts red baize walls with antique brass studding, a round, faux black ostrich leather table and low ceiling.
Designed in the style of a domestic kitchen, the pantry has all the charm of a lovely home, without the cooking.
The Pantry can be used as a serving room for lunches and dinners, but is also somewhere for guests to make a cup of coffee or pour a cold drink while having an informal chat with a colleague.
The Cedar Suite
As the largest entertaining space available at The Goodwood Hotel, the Cedar Suite provides outstanding flexibility for AGMs, product launches, training or conference needs.
It can easily be divided into two areas during the business day, whilst it’s ideal for dinner dances, media briefings or exhibitions when used as a single room.
The Oaks Suite
With views across the courtyard in front of the hotel, the Oaks Suite is a bright and airy venue that has two rooms which can be combined for large functions such as buffet dinners or conferences.
The separate rooms are typically used for training sessions, meetings and even private dinners.
The Syndicate Rooms
Comprising of two rooms – Cherry and Chestnut – the Syndicate Rooms are ideal for team briefings and business meetings.
These light and airy spaces are situated near to the Cedar Suite and would be suitable as breakout areas for lunch or light refreshments.
The Cedar Lawn
If you're looking to host an event or meeting in a slightly different surrounding, the pretty Cedar Lawn at the Goodwood Hotel is lined by the historic walls of the Goodwood Estate and has a canopy, offering a pleasant al fresco dining experience during the warmer months for your corporate event.
