When is the event?
We had hoped to welcome you to celebrate everything we love about dogs at Goodwoof in May 2020. However, following advice from the Government and Public Health England, we have taken the decision to postpone Goodwoof until spring 2021 due to COVID-19.
Can I bring my dog?
Of course! Especially as the event is all about the dog! There will be many dogs on event so proper etiquette is essential to keep all dogs happy and safe. We do ask that no matter how well behaved your dog is, that they are on a lead at all times around the event. Please only bring your dog if they are in good health and please ensure you pick up after your dog.

Dogs are not be left in public vehicles under any circumstances.
Where are my tickets?
If you have requested for your tickets to be sent in the post, please note that tickets can arrive up to five days before the event with our post and signed for courier services. If your tickets do not arrive five days before the event, please contact our Ticket Office on 01243 755055, with your order number, which can be found on your email confirmation.
If you have selected to collect your tickets, you can pick up your tickets directly at the gate as you walk into the event. You may also collect your tickets in advance from the Ticket Office reception at the Goodwood Motor Circuit. Tickets will be available to collect from February. Please remember to take your email confirmation with you, as you will need to provide your booking reference number on collection.
Where can I park?
There is complimentary parking, with no booking required please follow the directional signage. The car parks will be open from 9.30am, with the event starting at 10.00am and closing at 5.00pm.
Please bear in mind that all parking is on grass and can be uneven so appropriate footwear is advised. Overnight parking/camping will not be permitted in any car park.
Parking on approach roads is not permitted and dogs are not to be left in public vehicles under any circumstances.
Gift certificate
Have you purchased Goodwoof tickets as a gift? You can download a gift certificate to give ahead of your tickets being dispatched which can be found here. Please note this certificate is not your ticket into the event. Tickets will be dispatched from February.
Booking and ticketing
Can I book my tickets online?
Children aged 12 and under can enter the event for free, but require a free-of-charge children’s wristband that can be picked up from one of the entrances or pre-booked online below or by calling the Ticket Office on the above number. A reduced 'Young Person' price ticket is available for 13-21 year olds.
Please note that official tickets are only available from www.goodwood.com.

Children's tickets

Carer tickets
We do offer a complimentary general admission ticket for the personal assistant of those who have a valid PIP or DLA. To book, we kindly ask you to send a scanned copy of your PIP or DLA to ticket.office@goodwood.com. Once received, our Ticket Office team will be in touch with you about booking your tickets.
Cancellation, refunds and resale
Orders for tickets can be cancelled, exchanged or refunded within the first 48 hours after purchase only. Please submit your request to our Ticket Office by telephone on 01243 755055, or email ticket.office@goodwood.com.
Goodwood does not issue refunds after this initial 48 hour period. Please note that selling or buying tickets on any other platform is strictly prohibited and tickets that are re-sold illegally via any other third party will be refused admittance to Goodwoof.
I've lost my tickets, what should I do?
If you have requested for your tickets to be delivered, please ensure that you bring them with you as they will be scanned upon entry. If you have lost your tickets, please contact our Ticket Office on 01243 755055.
Replacement tickets can be arranged for a £10 administration fee.
On event information
Are there any events that my dog can take part in?
We're working with the top governing bodies of dog sport to select the best competitors in each field. There will be plenty of activities for your dog to try out on the day, including ‘have-a-go’ sessions in Agility, Flyball and CaniCross, as well as a 50-metre dash and even a Scruffts heat open to crossbreeds.
Can I buy products at the show for my dog?
There will be a wide range of products available to buy your dog at the festival, please visit our exhibitors page for more information.
Do you have a vet on call?
We will have veterinary experts on site who are available for general questions and answers through the day, although any immediate concerns or emergencies on the day should be directed to our onsite vet.
What time does the event open to the public?
The event will open at 10am. Gates will close at 5pm.
The Kennels
The event is taking place at the Duchess Paddock in the grounds of The Kennels. For directions on how to get to here, please click here. Please note that The Kennels building and car park will be closed over the event.
Dress code
The site is contained within the Goodwood Estate which means there are no permanent roadways. We endeavour to maintain good conditions, but we advise visitors to wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for any kind of weather.
Medical services
There will be a treatment centre on site with trained medical staff on duty to assist guests for the duration of Goodwoof.
What food and drink will be available?
Please come back for further details, we are in the process of confirming some fabulous food and drinks offerings that will be with us at Goodwoof.
Can I bring food and drink?
Yes, you can bring food and soft drinks. Cans and plastic bottles are allowed but no glass or alcohol is permitted into the event.
Can I bring a BBQ?
BBQs are not permitted either on event or in the car parks.
Event timetable
The event timetable will be released closer to the event.
Security
The safety and security of all visitors to Goodwoof is of utmost importance to us, and therefore we ask that you co-operate by not bringing any illegal items onto the site with you. Bags will be searched on arrival.
We also ask for your vigilance on matters of security. If you see or hear anything suspicious, please bring it immediately to the attention of a member of staff.
Drones
Drones are not permitted on the Goodwood Estate under any circumstances unless prior written permission has been obtained via the Estate Office. Permission will only be granted where the operator of the drone operates within the guidelines of the Air Navigation Order or the Civil Aviation Authority. Please note that some drones may be in use over the event for filming.
Lost property
If you lose something at Goodwoof please email ticket.office@goodwood.com with as much information as possible about the item and where you feel you lost it.

Exhibiting at Goodwoof
While there is limited exhibition space available and traders will be welcomed on an invite-only basis, we always like to hear from new and exciting brands. If you are interested in exhibiting at Goodwoof, please email goodwoof@goodwood.com.

How much is the car parking?
Car Parking at the event is free of charge.
Camping and Accommodation
There are no camping facilities at Goodwoof however local accommodation can be booked through Goodwood Travel.
