Festival of Speed is a large event that takes place around a race track which is in constant operation throughout the day. The track can be crossed by bridges at all times, however for those with pushchairs or reduced mobility a level track crossing is provided before the Startline, which opens for longer periods than those around the rest of the event. Please note that the Startline level track crossing may still need to close at times and the duration of the wait may not be known.
Courtesy shuttles are available in all car parks assist families with young children, dropping guests at Gate 1 or the nearest pedestrian gate. Please wait by the Accessible Courtesy Shuttle signs in each car park or flag down a passing shuttle.

If you lose a person from your party, please report to the nearest Information point or to a member of Goodwood staff and then return to the last place you were together. Ideally the staff member will escort you but under no circumstances leave the staff member until you have given us your contact details.
Often, people in the heat of the moment, report an incident and then disappear, making it impossible to find them again. Most people do tend to return to the last place you saw them, so try not to stray too far from that point. If you have children or vulnerable people in your group, you are strongly encouraged to take a photo of them on a mobile device as you enter the event. That way, you won't have to struggle to describe them accurately and what they are wearing.
Children under 12 years, or any members of your party that you feel it appropriate, should wear one of our wristbands that you are able to write your phone number on. These wristbands can be collected on-event at the arrival gates.
