What to wear

Country casual

The Members' Meeting is intended to be relaxed and informal, so layer up those country tweeds, scarves and boots to keep you warm.

In a nutshell, it’s all about layers of clothing for warmth and comfort, while maintaining a sense of country style. You needn’t be dressed up to the nines in shirt, tie and blazer – or a formal dress for the ladies – as we welcome more casual sartorial choices at the Members’ Meeting but politely ask to refrain from wearing denim and trainers.

However, if you want to break out your tweeds for the weekend, go right ahead. It is Goodwood after all.

Practical footwear is strongly recommended as the car parks are in the surrounding fields.
