Patricia Dickie
Customer Experience
Patricia has worked in the event and hospitality industry for over 20 years with a strong focus on innovation and originality to create exceptional guest experiences. As the Customer Experience Director at Goodwood, Patricia has been responsible for creating and launching many of the new projects on the Estate including The Kennels Private Members’ Club, the Three Friday Nights and the highly acclaimed Farmer, Butcher, Chef restaurant. Patricia has a successful track record for working well with a multitude of stakeholders, ensuring a balance between creative thinking, achieving commercial targets and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Will Kinsman
Content
Will is Head of Motorsport Content at Goodwood, leading the team responsible for devising, developing and delivering engaging content across Goodwood events and all media. In his 10 years at Goodwood Will has played a key role in growing overall event attendance by nearly 50 per cent, establishing the concept of the Goodwood Members’ Meeting and building a digital content proposition that has seen annual views grow from 0 to 200 million within 4 years. Will’s creative and conceptual thinking are essential to devising and delivering incredible immersive experiences.

Matt Hearn
Content
Matt is the Event Content Manager at Goodwood and is responsible for curation and delivery of motorsport content for Goodwood’s three headline events. He brings extensive knowledge of global motorsport and experience in executing imaginative solutions in challenging locations.

Sam Medcraft
Operations & Content
Sam has a strong background in Event Management, with experience in Formula One and World Endurance Championship events. Sam joined Goodwood 5 years ago and he now manages the Members’ Meeting, Goodwood’s newest headline motorsport event.

Jen Miller
Operations
Jen is an Event Operations Manager and has been working within the industry for 9 years, with experience in delivering intimate and brilliantly unique private events through to large scale outdoor sporting events. Jen began her career in Marketing and Promotions, moving to a sports agency as part of a consultancy team for the London 2012 Olympic Games, before joining Goodwood 5 years ago. Jen is part of the Consultancy Team at Goodwood, specialising in concept, design and operational delivery.
Dave Board
Finance
Dave has over 15 years' experience working in a broad range of finance roles within various companies, from FTSE 250 to privately owned businesses. Dave joined Goodwood 8 years ago and now leads the Sport and Motorsport Finance Team. He has a strong track record of providing commercial and financial support to senior management in day-to-day and long-term business planning.
