As we are dedicated to achieving this, we participate in the Best Companies Sunday Times list for their accreditation. We first registered in 2013 and received an encouraging ‘One to Watch’ status in the 2014 and 2015 lists. Our team are surveyed annually by Best Companies to honestly appraise what it is like to work for Goodwood and we use this information to focus our efforts going forward, to help realise our bold aspiration.

We also have a competency framework, the Goodwood Framework, which is closely linked to our vision and values. The framework offers a structure, plus clarity and guidance as to what is expected from our people in order to make them successful - as well as providing a tool for proactive personal development. Every role has a framework level assigned to each competency so that everyone knows what is expected from them.
