What motivated you to join Goodwood and how has your training helped shape your career aspirations?
The support and training offered at Goodwood has definitely confirmed that finance is the career path I want to go into.
What do you enjoy most about working at Goodwood?
The people: everyone is supportive of each other. Being encouraged to get involved in meeting other departments for example such as the Events vs. Entertaining & Hospitality football match
What have been some of the highlights of your time in your role and your training?
From the training I have received so far, I have been given more responsibilities in both purchase ledger and sales ledger, which has allowed me to take ownership of the role.
Looking ahead, what are your career goals and how do you see your experience at Goodwood shaping your future in the industry?
I am hoping to continue my studies in finance and I feel with the support from Goodwood, I am able to prepare for a future in accounting.
In what ways do you feel supported and mentored by your team and Goodwood team? How has this support contributed to your professional development?
The Goodwood finance team have been very supportive and I am encouraged to ask questions. I have also found it very helpful that others within the finance team have started as an apprentice like myself and worked up the Goodwood finance ladder.
