Katie is a GP and founder of Clinic51 a holistic women's health and menopause clinic in West Sussex. She has over 20 years’ experience as a doctor and as a busy working mum in her late 40s, she understands the impact hormones can have on a woman’s life. She is passionate about helping women to live happy and fulfilled lives in great health. She believes knowledge is power and at the retreat will debunk the many myths around HRT, including that it is the answer to everything!
Katie studied medicine at St Mary’s Medical School, Imperial College and has been a GP partner and Chief Officer of the local Clinical Commissioning Group. Whilst going through her own perimenopause as a practising NHS GP, she developed a particular interest and specialism in the menopause, and went onto train with The British Menopause Society and The Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
Stephanie Moore, our resident gut health expert and celebrity nutritionist, started her career in the integrated health world in 1991 in the pursuit of discovering what creates vibrant health and wellbeing, and in turn has experience in an impressive breadth of training and specialities.
After training in numerous physical therapy disciplines, Stephanie became a teacher of massage and anatomy, and also trained as a personal fitness trainer. Stephanie has also had experience in the corporate world, establishing a corporate stress management company providing on-site massage and stress management seminars at work.
Kate Fismer, ND, MRN, is a Naturopathic Physician with a special interest in stress and physiology and resilience. She is an experienced speaker and facilitator, with training and certification in many different tools, as well as a certified coach and Mindful Self-Compassion teacher with over 10 years’ experience in the health and wellbeing field.
She has been an expert advisor for global organisations for award-winning campaigns, has been a special advisor for the development of a leading resilience psychometric tool, and an expert keynote speaker at conferences.
