Carrie-Louise Horner
Studio Co-ordinator/Personal Trainer
Inspiring others is my main drive. I create unique training programmes, which are designed to make exercise fun and energising.
We can all find it hard to motivate ourselves to go to the gym, especially if we are unsure of what to do or how to get the most from a workout. That’s where I come in! I’ll put you through your paces and our sessions will give you endless amounts of energy. We’ll have so much fun, you’ll forget you’re working out!
Christopher Goldring
Wellbeing Host/Personal Trainer
I have always had a passion for fitness which comes from my love of dance. After I graduated from my training, I worked professionally and was lucky enough to travel the world with shows. I continue to share my passion through my classes and training programmes.
I have a relaxed, but driven, approach when it comes to workouts and I love to help people achieve their best personal results. My aim is to help you succeed!

Leah Greenwood

As a competitive cheerleader, I coach and compete both nationally and internationally. Since the age of 12, I knew I had a strong passion for working within the health and fitness world.
My dream is to be the person to help people achieve their fitness goals, not only for the physical benefit but also for the mental benefits. I work with you to assess movement and from there create a personal fitness programme specific to you and your goals.
Gary Williams

I have been working as a full-time personal trainer and fitness instructor since 2010. My sporting background was mainly football, then I moved on to running; specifically trail, cross-county and then triathlon. My big passion is boxing and kickboxing.
If you’re looking to try something different, such as outdoor training, boxing pad work, free weights or suspension training, then I can help.

Belinda Hurst
Pilates Instructor
I first started practising Pilates in 2003 after suffering a back injury. It was this experience that led me to discover Pilates and the enormous benefits it can bring. It may sound like a cliche but I can honestly say it quite literally changed my life.
I can tailor-make classes to suit individual needs, including pre and post-natal as well as osteopenia and osteoporosis. We adapt individual exercises to make sure they are being performed safely and correctly. Together we will focus on form and take your Pilates to another level or teach the basics from the ground up.
Matt Hammond
Personal Trainer
Football sparked my early interest in fitness, which later expanded to other sports like weightlifting and running. Boxing has also grown to be one of my biggest passions due to the discipline needed for the sport.
I believe the mental benefits of training surpass the physical ones. Helping people improve their mental wellbeing as well as their physical health through training is one of my key priorities. Because of this, I believe that anyone regardless of age or ability can benefit from exercise.

Jayne Mahoney
Yoga Teacher & Sound Healing
I trained as a dancer from a young age and always had a passion for movement. After training professionally, I suffered a spinal injury which stopped me from pursuing dance as a career. After being bedridden for 3 months I discovered the healing practice of yoga whilst travelling in Thailand. I completed my 300hr TTC at Kranti Yoga in Goa. Training in Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga.
My style embodies authentic Indian influence, flowing movement, strengthening asanas, breath work, sound healing and meditation.
