Hairdryers have been disconnected and showers are currently unavailable. Please ensure that social distancing is adhered to at all times whilst using the changing rooms.
Poolside
Please pre-book your pool session in advance. If you are using the gym, you will also need to book a separate session to access the pool before or after your workout. This is so that we can allow for social distancing.
On entering Poolside please adhere to the one-way system around the pool, this will be marked on the floor.
Within the pool, two lanes will be operational: slow/med and med/fast. Within these lanes, please swim clockwise and maintain a 2m distance between yourself and fellow swimmers.

We are pleased to announce that we are introducing 4 aqua classes per week, commencing Tuesday 1 September. These can be booked as normal.
Using the gym
On entering the gym, you will be greeted by our gym host who will kindly remind you of our gym etiquette.
Our gym host will provide you with your own small bottle of cleaning spray and wipes. Please help us look after each other by wiping down your machine and all touch points thoroughly after use. When you have finished your session please hand these back to the gym host.
Equipment in the gym will be reduced to adhere to social distancing rules. Please don’t worry if your usual equipment isn’t available: our gym hosts are there to ensure you still get a great workout.
Classes
We will be running four group class timetables. These are: Estate, Outdoor Studio, Spinning Studio (regular studio) and Cedar Studio. All classes require advance booking. Our booking system and timetables are now live.
Our indoor studios will have markings on the floor to highlight social distancing- please stick to your 'patch'. Whilst we will be providing exercise mats for indoor classes where appropriate, and cleaning them between uses, we strongly encourage members to bring their own exercise mats if possible.
All classes will be bookable through the normal booking site; however, we are implementing a few changes to ensure all members can get access to our great classes.
1- Instructors' names will no longer appear on the booking site.
2- Members will be limited to a maximum of two classes per day.
3- Classes will have fewer participants, and will be shorter in duration. This is to firstly ensure social distancing and also to help to ensure that enough classes can occur for all.
4- No classes will occur back to back. This is for cleaning purposes and to avoid gathering before and after classes.
5- No equipment will be provided in class.
6- Due to space, regretfully our Aqua Classes are temporarily suspended.
If you are attending an Estate class, please meet your instructor at reception.
UPDATE
From Tuesday 1 September, we are pleased to announce the following changes:

Children and young people
We are very sorry that due to the restrictions on the number of people who can visit us, we are not able to admit anyone aged 16 years or under to the Health Club.
We realise how disappointing this will be for our family members, and we will review this policy as the social distancing guidelines change.
Families and young people are most welcome to use the tennis courts (as long as their session is pre-booked).
UPDATE
We are delighted to announce that from Tuesday 1 September, children can once again use the swimming pool, from 4pm to 5pm on weekdays, and from 10.30am to 12 midday at weekends. These will continue to be 30-minute sessions however lane swimming will not be in operation. That being said, social distancing must be adhered to and the maximum of 14 people in the pool remains.
All children and guardians must be booked in under the lead adult, who will be the Track and Trace contact. Government guidelines indicate only one parent/carer per child and currently, we regret that we can't admit spectators, due to the number of people allowed in the pool area. Members who are accompanying children are responsible for supervising them at all times and ensuring social distancing guidelines are met.
