A fantastic experience for any golfer, playing 9 or 18-holes on The Downs or Park Course with a PGA Professional providing guidance and advice. The Play with a Pro experience is for people who play golf regularly and would like to improve their games with the help of one of our pros.

- This experience can be booked for one, two or three people and aimed at those who play the game regularly.
I am a beginner, can I take part in this experience?
The Play with A Pro Experience is not suitable for beginner or novice golfers. We recommend a golf lesson with one of our PGA Professionals as an alternative.
The courses
With two distinctive 18-hole courses, Golf At Goodwood allows you to choose the level you want to play at. You can choose the challenge of The Downs Course or the more gentle option of The Park Course.
Course difficulty
The Downs Course: Medium to hard, suitable for golfers with handicaps and that play on a regular basis
The Park Course: Fair to medium. The Park is suitable for all skilled golfers who play golf regularly and occasionally. More suited for golfers without handicaps.
Availability
Available throughout the year. To confirm the date of your experience, please call the Golf Academy on 01243 755133.
Equipment
Golfers are required to bring their own equipment. Rental clubs and golf balls are available to purchase if you don’t have your own equipment.
Numbers on the day
A maximum of three people per booking. Our PGA Professionals will provide expert tuition for you to get maximum enjoyment out of your day.
Dress Code
We’re a very accessible, relaxed and informal club. There is no strict dress code for either course.
Duration
Expect to be at the venue for three and a half hours if you’re taking on 9-holes. If you intend to play 18-holes, prepare to be here for five and a half hours.
Weather
The experience may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. snow, ice, heavy rain or high winds). Please call 01243 755133 if in any doubt.

1. Choose an experience and place your order
Browse through our Golf At Goodwood experiences and find the perfect gift or treat yourself to something you've always wanted to do. Add your gift to the basket and then proceed through our secure checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation at the end of the checkout confirming all your details and what you have purchased. Alternatively, if you want to book a date and time there and then, this can also be done online.
2. Once you receive your voucher
Your gift will be sent within three working days of purchase. Inside you'll find your Goodwood gift voucher which includes a map of the circuit and what you need to bring with you.
3. Book your experience
Please choose a date and time that suits you from the available dates online. Call the Golf At Goodwood Academy on 01243 520162 and make your booking. Your voucher will be valid for 12 months from date of purchase and your voucher must be booked and used within this time.
4. Enjoy your experience
The time has come to enjoy your golf experience at Golf At Goodwood. If we are experiencing extreme weather conditions (e.g. snow, ice, heavy rain or high winds) please do give us a quick call to confirm your experience is still running.
