The Championships began on a calm Wednesday morning on The Park course, with nineteen players ready to tee it up.

Defending champion Jack Berry was first on the tee, looking to retain his title, with Thomas Bisatt and Harry Naughton his closest challengers.

The wind picked up throughout the day, making for some tough scoring. Thomas Bisatt shot the low round of 80 (+8) to lead going into Round 2, with the defending champion Jack Berry only one shot behind.

Cameron McLeod, George McCallum and Thomas Bisatt all shot an impressive Nett 72, to lead the handicap division, leaving it all to play for going into Round 2.

Round 2 commenced on The Downs course, with the weather unfavourable. Heavy rain and strong winds meant the conditions would be tough for the players. However, Adam Brumder shot an excellent Nett 68 to secure first place in the handicap prize, with George McCallum two behind after shooting a Nett 75 on day 2 to secure second place.

Jack Berry showed why he was defending champion as he shot a brilliant 78, which included an Eagle on the 4th, to make it two Club Championships in a row! Thomas Bisatt was only three shots back as he claimed second place.
