Marathon Match
Team Goodwood were behind by 21 points from the first leg but with some fantastic performances on the day we came back to win by nine points.
From the first leg we had given away a few matches due to being unable to field a full team, however, we managed to flip this with a full team apart from one group. We did have quite a number of last minute changes to teams the day before play with some players being stuck abroad and some struck will illness. Everyone was brilliant at rallying together to fill out the start sheet.
On the day we were fortunate to have some good weather and some great golf accompanied it. While the home advantages seemed to influence the results on both sides we did manage a brilliant 30 points more than Cowdray for the Autumn Leg.
For those of you playing at Goodwood in the Autumn Leg, we did have Nearest The Pin prizes up for grabs on the day, please see below those who won:
1st - Stephen Sedgley - Golf At Goodwood
12th - James Stedman - Golf At Goodwood
17th - David B Kendall - Golf At Goodwood

Below you can see the full breakdown of the Autumn legs match results as well as the total amount of points from the first leg.
