Get to know...
What is your role at Golf At Goodwood?
"I work in the Golf Operations team as a chief marshal, but you also may see me on reception!"
What do you most enjoy about your role?
"The fact that every day is different. I get to interact with the fantastic members and guests here every day. One of the most enjoyable things to do is I get to dress up as James Braid and play with history golf clubs for our ‘Beat James Braid’ competitions!"
What is your Fantasy Fourball?
"Rita Ora, who would most definitely be sharing my buggy, the legend that is Tiger Woods and of course, our General Manager, Stuart Gillett!"
Greatest golfing achievement?
"I was awarded three scholarships while at university; from the University themselves, the R & A and English Golf Union Turned.
Another highlight was turning professional in 2014 and signing to a Dubai based management company. I’m also currently playing on the Mena Tour, so that is something I’m also proud of."
Something that our Members wouldn’t know about you
"I am half Jamaican and half Northern Irish and got to black belt level in karate at the age of 9."
What’s your favourite thing about working at Goodwood?
"The fact that we have two championship golf courses with world-class facilities on our doorstep. It is easy to take for granted what a fantastic place the Goodwood Estate is."
What did you want to be when you were growing up?
"When I was growing up, I wanted to be a professional golfer and footballer at the same time. Not sure how feasible this is but I have managed to achieve one!"
