Tier 2 restrictions
You must not socialise with anyone you do not live with or who is not in your support bubble in any indoor setting, whether at home or in a public place.
You must not socialise in a group of more than 6 people outside.
The Kennels can only serve alcohol with a substantial meal.
The Kennels is required to:
• provide table service only
• stop taking orders after 10.00pm and close at 11.00pm
Membership update
All Kennels Members will receive a complimentary membership extension for the duration of time The Kennels has been closed. This cannot be refunded, but will be applied when your membership is due for renewal. The membership extension will be completed by our Membership team automatically; you do not need to contact The Kennels to arrange this.
Dogs
Dogs are of course still very welcome at The Kennels!

The Kennels Reception will be open as follows;

The Kennels Restaurant will be open as follows;

The Restaurant will remain closed Monday – Wednesday until further notice
The Bars
The Kennels Bars will be open as follows;

Monday – Sunday 7.30am – 6.00pm
Food served 7.30am-5.00pm
Main Bar, Drawing Room & Terraces
Monday – Sunday 8.30am – 6.00pm
Food served 8.30am-5.00pm
Table bookings
Reservations will be required for the Kennels Restaurant and can be made by contacting the Reception team on 01243 755132, by emailing kennels.reservations@goodwood.com
or online through the Kennels website.
Afternoon Tea will be unavailable until further notice.
The Restaurant will continue to operate on new floorplans with minimal capacity measures to maintain social distancing guidelines and allow a one-way system throughout and around the building. A maximum of 6 guests per table will be allowed, from the same household, as we follow social distancing guidelines.
For Restaurant reservations we ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes before your reservation, where you will be seated straight at your Restaurant table.
Reservations are not required for The Putting Green, Drawing Room or Terrace. All of these areas will be operating on new floorplans with minimal capacity measures to maintain social distancing guidelines. We ask that you do not move any furniture in these areas to protect your fellow members and to ensure the one-way system throughout and around the building is maintained. Tables in these areas will be available on a first come first serve basis and if we are at capacity when you arrive at The Kennels, you may be required to wait in a designated area until a table becomes available.
Calendar of Events
The Kennels Quiz for December has been cancelled. Any tickets that had been purchased for this will be refunded automatically. Should you have any queries surrounding the Quiz please contact us on 01243 755132 or kennelsreservations@goodwood.com.
Facilities
The only access to The Kennels will be through the main green front doors as we continue to implement a one-way system within and around the whole building for the safety of our staff and members. The only exception to this is for golfers who will access the building through the Putting Green tunnel.
All memberships will be checked on arrival and you will need to have your membership card with you. In line with Government guidelines, we can only allow for up to 5 guests to be signed in at any one time.
The following will be in place until further notice;
• Face masks must be worn inside at all times and only removed when seated at a table.
• No cloakroom facility.
• The Library and Library landing will be unavailable.
• The first-floor changing rooms and shower facilities will be out of service. The toilets on the first floor will be available and can be accessed by following the signage and floor markers in place.
• We will be operating a cashless system.
• Hand sanitiser will be available around the building and we encourage members to use this.
• Additional single use and disposable items will be in use such as menus, hand towels, napkins and condiments.
• Staff members will be wearing PPE, such as face coverings.
