Goodwood 5 Mile Charity Run 2016
The iconic landmark, made famous by the multitudes of legendary motor racing heroes sprinting the 1.87km incline which has an elevation of 95m.
We were thrilled to see even more runners participate this year, 195 in total and to be lucky enough with much more favourable weather as well!
All proceeds went to Goodwood’s charity of the year, local children’s hospice, Chestnut Tree House and so far over £900 has been raised and counting.
We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate everyone who took part on Wednesday and a special well done to our three winners – Stephen McLoughlin our male winner who completed the course in 29:18 minutes, Kate Stillwell our female winner who crossed the finish line in 36:55 minutes and our dog winner Jake with his owner Ben Brown who finished in 36:07 minutes.
