Chocolate Making

Monday 12 and Tuesday 13 December - 9:30am-1:30pm
The Kennels will become a chocolate factory as you learn how to make chocolate with Mike Noble, owner and head chocolatier at award-winning Midhurst based Noble and Stace Chocolatiers.
Join us as you create your very own fresh cream truffles, crème caramel truffles and solid chocolate Tablettes. You will learn how to make ganache fillings, pipe, dip and decorate truffles plus learn how to temper chocolate to create your own bespoke bars and hand roll truffles.
The art of tempering is often a skill that escapes people at home, but Mike will share different methods of tempering which results in the perfect snap and shine to your finished chocolates.
Each workshop lasts around four hours and includes an arrival drink and of course you’ll go home with everything that you create packaged up in gift boxes and bags. That’s around 15 decadent fresh cream truffles, 20 crème caramel truffles and three Tablettes!
