Get to know your Goodwood Bar and Grill team
1. What is the best thing about working at the Bar and Grill?
N: For me it’s all about the team and the way in which we work together. Working in this industry, it is vital that everyone pulls their weight and works together the job is done to the highest standard and that the customer is satisfied.
2. How did you get into the food and hospitality industry?
N: I began working as a waiter over in the Goodwood House, but this was only on a casual basis. It was this role that made me realise my passion for the industry and my determination to find something more involving and permanent!
3. What is your favourite thing about coming to work each day, or the best time of day?
N: My favourite this is the opportunity we get to meet all of the different members of the different clubs around Goodwood. Being able to interact with is the best way to improve professionally and personally.
4. If one of your colleagues were to describe you in 3 words, what would they be?
N: Hardworking, reliable and a bit of a perfectionist!
5. What is your favourite dish on the menu?
N: The ‘Ultimate Burger’. It’s always been my favourite.
6. Funny question – Do you prefer leg day, or chest day?
N: Neither! – I’m not one for gym workouts, I much prefer to play cricket!
