Overview

Enjoy an event created to inspire confidence and build excitement for the running season at Goodwood. 

You'll begin by finding out your running style with a personalised Gait analysis led by our own Personal Trainers.

This will be followed by a runner-focused Pilates stretch session, specifically designed to enhance mobility and strengthen key muscles.

The session will end with a professional talk delivered by an expert running specialist to discover true benefits of running on your physical and mental health.
