DEI Statement

We want Goodwood to be a safe, welcoming and accessible environment for both our staff and customers. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to racism and any other form of discrimination.

We are committed to sustained action against systemic inequity across the business, as well as the promotion of diversity and inclusion within the sporting and leisure pursuits we champion. We are in the process of looking within with humility, listening and acting to effect real change, with a firm commitment from the Goodwood Executive Board to drive this forward.

Our Key Goals

• Promote diversity within the industries we champion (e.g. horseracing, motorsport, farming)

• Improve the pipeline for diverse employment, access and representation

• Create inclusive and accessible live and digital content

• Create safe and inclusive platforms for discourse

Goodwood's DEI Networks

Everyone at Goodwood is encouraged to join one of three employee-driven DEI networks. These groups and their leaders are a core part of our culture, helping to plan and deliver against our DEI goals for both customers and staff. They work with external experts to select the right training, safeguarding protocols and accessible accommodations, commissioning regular auditing of our events and venues, and identifying areas for growth.
