Goodwood Racecourse comes alive with family friendly entertainment, there are plenty of family activities to chose from, including a traditional fairground, talented magician, balloon artist, live music and trips to the start to watch the horses burst out of the starting stalls. Everyone is guaranteed to have a smile on their face.

Family Race Day will host two of the most valuable races of the season outside of the Qatar Goodwood Festival. Worth £70,000, The Tapster Stakes has provided Mirage Dancer and Hukum with a platform to progress their careers, while the addition of The Listed Agnes Keyser Stakes for fillies has further boosted the day’s prestige.

Yes, we have a play area that is located at the east end of the Lennox Enclosure. The playground is for 4-12 year-olds and is situated within the Lennox Enclosure, however, ticket holders for all enclosures are able to make use the playground. The playground is only open when the Lennox Enclosure is open. Please be aware that the playground is not supervised so we recommend adult supervision at all times.
