The well-bred daughter of Frankel travelled powerfully into contention and showed a decisive turn of foot to sweep to the front inside the final furlong, ultimately going on to score by an easy length and a half.
Runner-up Rainbow Colours (10/1) continued her good run of form, with My Silent Song (12/1) back in third.
Ted Durcan, representing winning trainer Sir Michael Stoute, said: “Crystal Caprice is a lovely filly who everyone has always loved.
She is a big, leggy filly who has been a bit slow to strengthen up, but Sir Michael has always loved her and just inched along with her. It is starting to pay off now.
“Her win at Yarmouth last month was the making of her and she hit the line lovely. We love her. She hasn't had much racing and each race is going to help her a lot. We have high hopes for her.
“Whatever happens this year, she should be a nice filly either at the end of this year or next year as well. She is from a family we know, and the family all strengthened and improved with age. She is by Frankel which also helps as well.
“Ryan has always loved her and said to leave her at a mile for the time being. For a member of that family, she has a lot of speed and Ryan reiterated that he thinks she will be better over a mile and a quarter next year."
