Please arrive at the Jackie Stewart Pavilion Building 15 minutes prior to your experience start time. You'll have the opportunity to have some complimentary refreshments whilst you meet your host and complete the necessary paperwork before joining your instructor for a full briefing. If you're running late, please call the Pit Lane Office on 01243 755093. We cannot guarantee we can run the full length of the experience if you're late.
All passengers need to be in reasonable health and have no health conditions that could affect their ability to take part in the activity. Please note: anyone deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate. In the interests of safety, the organisers and instructors may exclude a participant going on track. Passengers must be over 14 years old and 150cm tall or above.
Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. snow, ice, heavy rain or high winds) which would make driving at speed dangerous. The booker will be advised if there are any changes to the experience. Please call 01243 755055 if in any doubt.
Expect to be at the venue for half an hour which will include an introduction to your professional racing driver, helmet fitting and three laps around the circuit. Arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time to sign on.
Family, friends and children are welcome to spectate and can bring a camera to record the experience. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Dogs are permitted but must be kept on a leash at all times. Tea and barista coffee will be available at the venue.
Dress in comfortable clothing. Trousers are compulsory. Flip flops, sandals and shorts are not permitted. A helmet is provided.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
