Just beyond Goodwood House along the Hillclimb, the 2nd Dukes banqueting house was also known as "one of the finest rooms in England" (George Vertue 1747).

They are in a prime location to explore the Goodwood Estate and surrounding area. Both cottages also have a private back garden, a shared front garden and off-road parking for up to two cars. Minimum two-night stay.

Peach Tree and Crab Apple Cottages offer a perfect base to curate your own personal escape. From local woodland walks to seaside adventures to visiting the historic cities of Chichester and Portsmouth, you will have everything you need within a short walk or drive. Guests can enjoy full access to the Health & Wellbeing facilities at the Goodwood Hotel and Health Club, including an indoor swimming pool, as well as our two championship golf courses. Dine out at one of our exceptional restaurants including Farmer, Butcher, Chef. Guests are also welcome to use Goodwood's private members' club, The Kennels, during your stay.

The cottages are the perfect base for a family holiday, including your four-legged friend. The Goodwood Estate is known for its dog friendly venues, including our restaurants. Within Peach Tree & Crab Apple cottages there are double bunk beds in the kitchen for your dogs to rest and relax in after a busy day out on the estate. Your accommodation includes a unique dog bed and bowl.



We had a really lovely stay at The Pheasantry. What a special place it is. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They made the stay extra special.
