On 29 and 30 August 2023, The Downs course played host to the Clutch Pro Tours ‘Goodwood Masters’. Two of our Juniors, Jamie Burchell and Drew Sykes were part of the 130-man field which included some very talented professional golfers.

Drew had an outstanding 70 (-2) on Day 2, which led him to a tie for 39th place. He finished two over for the tournament beating over 90 players.

Jamie, who had a tougher round, said ‘It was a great experience and good to challenge myself against some professional golfers.’
