If you are under the age of 60, you will need to take a vision test, no medical examination is required. If you are over the age of 60, a full medical examination and vision test is mandatory. Please ensure you get all the forms signed by the relevant doctor before submitting your pack. Should you wish to check your individual medical requirements please speak to Motorsport UK directly.
It is important that on the day of your ARDS course that you bring the following:

For information on how to find the Motor Circuit, please visit our Estate Map. When you arrive through the main entrance of the Motor Circuit proceed through the tunnel, then follow the road round to the left along a long tree-lined road. Parking is located in the Paddock Shelters and is free of charge.
Please arrive at your designated time at the Jackie Stewart Pavilion where you will be signed on by our host, and then have your pre-test brief. If you're running late, please call the Pit Lane Office on 01243 755093. We cannot guarantee we can run the full length of the experience if you're late.
Motorsport can be dangerous and we want you to be safe at all times. It is mandatory that you wear trousers and flat shoes for your experience. We will provide you with an Ultimate Driving helmet. If you're driving a soft-top car, please wear a long-sleeved top, as well as trousers and flat shoes.
Expect to be at the venue for six hours. Your day will include:
Lunch is included for one driver only during your day. Please let us know of any dietary requirements that you have in advance. If you're bringing a guest, one additional lunch can be purchased through the Ticket Office for £21 per person. Lunches cannot be booked on the day. To book please call 01243 755055.
It is highly unlikely that we would have to postpone your experience, but your experience could be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. snow, ice, heavy rain or high winds) which would make driving at speed dangerous. Please call 01243 755055 if in any doubt.
Family, friends and children are welcome to spectate and can bring a camera to record the experience. Viewing is available for spectators. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Dogs are permitted but must be kept on a leash at all times. The Motor Circuit Café and the Aerodrome Café is open, selling coffees, soft drinks and hot and cold light-bites.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy on drugs and any person taking part in a driving experience as a driver must have ensured no alcohol is consumed prior to the experience taking place.
