Foundation Running Class – brand new!
Saturdays, 10.30am (45 minutes). These classes are aimed at runners who can comfortably run for 30 minutes, and would like to improve their running through interval training.
Development Running Class
Fridays, 7am (45 minutes), led by Seth OR Saturdays, 9.15am (60 minutes), led by Keith. These mixed ability sessions are open to anyone looking for structured sessions to help maintain fitness and improve their overall running.
