Following a full briefing, each participant undertakes an individual 10 minute dual-control hover session with a qualified instructor. Groups rotate seamlessly, with instructors scoring performance to create a competitive team leaderboard and structured debrief.
Ideal for groups of up to 24. Timings can be tailored to suit your event schedule and integrated into wider hospitality or meeting programmes, coordinated with your dedicated Goodwood events team.
All flights are conducted under full dual control with CAA-approved instructors. Comprehensive safety briefings are delivered prior to flight, and operations follow strict aerodrome and aviation safety protocols at all times.
No previous experience is necessary. Participants are guided throughout by professional instructors, ensuring a safe, confidence-building and rewarding introduction to helicopter flight.
The experience operates in suitable flying conditions. In the event of adverse weather, sessions will be rescheduled in consultation with your event organiser to ensure safety and continuity.
No. For safety reasons, participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of their experience. We strongly advise that guests refrain from drinking before afternoon bookings. Anyone who appears to be intoxicated, impaired, or unfit to drive may be refused participation at the discretion of our instructors and operational team.
