What to expect
Enjoy live motorsport action on an outdoor big screen from the safety and comfort of your own private table. Food and drink will be available on the day, delivered directly to you. Our tables can seat up to six people, so we encourage you to invite your friends and family too. When booking your table, please ensure you add all your guests. Due to the nature of these days, and the need to practice safe social distancing, places will be limited.
Regrettably, due to hygiene concerns, we are unable to provide seat cushions or blankets. Please ensure you bring warm clothing as the racecourse can be chilly.
*NEW FOR 2021*
We have introduced a £10 deposit per table when booking: this fee is then credited to your food and drink bill on the day. Since places are limited, we are keen to minimise speculative bookings as this can result in turning others away unecessarily.
What if I need to cancel my booking and what is your wet weather policy?
This is an outdoor event so, should the weather be very wet or windy, or should Public Health England or Government guiedlines regarding Coronavirus restrictions change to make the event impossible, we will contact you to cancel the event the day before. If you need to cancel, please simply contact the GRRC team via email at grrc@goodwood.com.
What is the dress code?
We encourage guests to dress for the weather as all tables are outdoors. Please remember to bring sunscreen if the weather is looking glorious and extra layers as it can get windy up at the racecourse. Practical shoes are also advised.
Please note that due to hygiene concerns, we are regrettably unable to provide seat cushions or blankets so please consider bringing your own.
Do you have special safety and social distancing measures in place?
This event has been designed with your safety in mind, and fully complies with the government guidance on safe distancing and hygiene. Tables are spaced apart with a two-meter distance, hand sanitisers will be available and all staff will be wearing PPE.
At the time of writing, in line with current Government guidelines, you are required to wear a face mask when not sitting at your table, unless you are exempt. Should you display any of the symptoms of Covid-19 ahead of your visit we would ask you to please cancel your booking for the safety of others.
Can I invite my friends or family members?
Yes, you can invite up to five people to your table of six.
How do I order food and drink?

Your food and drink will then be served to you by a member of staff so you can relax for the afternoon at your table without having to make trips to the bar. Please bear with us as the team work to deliver your food and drink to your table as soon as possible.
