Join us as you learn to craft rich, dark chocolate ganache and piping it into fine chocolate shells, all under the expert instruction of Mike. After your chocolate has set, you will be able to add your own flair with the decoration.
From dark chocolate ganache, you will then move onto solid chocolate bars where you can let your creativity run free as you use coloured cocoa butters and powders to make your designs. Using professional moulds, you will learn how to temper chocolate (a skill that often alludes home chefs), fill and set the moulds, and then decorate with seasonal chocolates including mini eggs.
