Begin the experience with an introduction from Dan Turner, Head Chef at The Kennels, followed by insights from a fish expert at Brighton and Newhaven Fish Sales, Goodwood’s trusted supplier. Discover the incredible variety of fish found along the South Coast and gain insight into sustainable fishing practices, responsible sourcing and the importance of quality and freshness. 

You'll then join Dan in the kitchen for a hands-on demonstration, where he will share his specialist knowledge on selecting, preparing and cooking fish. Learn how to identify the freshest catch, master essential filleting and shellfish preparation techniques and explore a range of cooking methods designed to bring out the best in different species. 

From understanding which ingredients and flavours pair best with particular fish to building confidence in seafood preparation at home, this masterclass offers a comprehensive introduction to all things fish, providing practical skills, culinary inspiration and insider knowledge from industry experts.
