Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booked slot will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booked slot are non-refundable.

Weather Policy
If weather conditions on the day prevent flights from operating (with no aircraft departing), and Goodwood is notified on the day, a refund will be issued minus a £75 administration fee.

Pilot Requirement
By submitting your booking, you confirm that the pilot has read, or will read, the relevant On Event AICs prior to arrival.
