We’re delighted to be welcoming pet psychic and clairvoyant, Alison Sheryll to our brand new area, the Zen Den this weekend. Alison also works with humans on a one to one or group basis, so we asked her what first inspired her to offer psychic readings for dogs. She said, “From a very young age, I’ve felt a profound connection with animals, especially dogs. They’ve always been my best friends. That bond is hard to put into words – it’s a deep, intuitive knowing that guides my psychic work to this day.”

How do dogs communicate their energy or questions during a reading? What signs do you look for?

“It’s more than body language. I often receive flashes or images or places that reflect what a dog is feeling and what matters to them. It’s like tuning into their story, their home, their routines, and their relationships. When you’re calm and open, your pet feels safer to be themselves.”

Can you share a memorable psychic reading or a moment that really stayed with you?

“I do around ten pet readings a week and each one is completely different. One that has stayed with me was a cockapoo who felt sad because his owner rarely said, “I love you.” She assumed he already knew, but when she said it out loud, he softened immediately and everything shifted. In another sessions, a dog showed me that he was being fed scotch eggs in secret – something the owner only discovered later when her husband admitted it!”

What do you wish more pet owners understood about their pets?

“I wish people knew how much our energy shapes theirs. Dogs often mirror their guardian’s feelings. Being calm and present – especially just before a reading – helps them to feel safe and open. The more grounded you are, the freer they are to be themselves.”
