There are two non-electric wheelchairs in the Sussex Stand, which can be booked in advance free of charge by calling 01243 755022. Please ask stewards if you need assistance or directions upon arrival.
Disabled toilets are located within each of the enclosures. Many of the disabled toilets are operated by radar key - these can be obtained from Racecourse Reception, First Aid points and Toilet Attendants. Temporary toilets are also located around the venue at the Qatar Goodwood Festival.
There are first aid facilities located within each enclosure. If you need medical attention but can't make your way to a first aid point, please alert one of our staff members who can make contact with the roaming on-site medical team.
Guide and Assistance Dogs are very welcome at the racecourse.
Hearing loops are located at our two main East and West Entrances and at our East Entrance Information Point.
Mother and Baby Room
Located in the March Stand within our Richmond Enclosure, this is a room where nursing mothers are welcomed to provide baby care in private. If you are enjoying your raceday from either our Gordon or Lennox Enclosures and would like to access this facility, please speak to a member of staff, who will be happy to assist you.
Disabled customers are entitled to one free ticket for their carer with one full price adult ticket. To obtain a carer ticket in advance a copy of your DLA document should be sent to the Ticket Office, either by scanning and emailing a copy to firstname.lastname@example.org or sending a copy in the post to: Ticket Office, Goodwood Motor Circuit, Goodwood, Chichester, West Sussex, PO18 0PH. The copy will then be kept on file should you wish to purchase tickets in the future. It is recommended that all carer tickets are obtained in advance of the event to avoid disappointment on sell out race meetings.
