Overview

Join us on the Farmer, Butcher, Chef courtyard this summer as we fire up the Big Green Egg and our chefs cook over open flames using the very best Goodwood Home Farm produce; seasonal, sustainable and reared just moments from your table.

With live acoustic music from talented local artists, long afternoons drift into evenings, accompanied by generous sharing boards, expertly cooked cuts and a glass (or two) in hand.

Gather friends, soak up the sunshine and experience true farm‑to‑fork dining in its simplest, most delicious form.

To begin:

A seasonal snack from the kitchen to start

Butcher’s Board (for the table)

Our chefs will prepare a generous sharing board showcasing the very best of Goodwood Home Farm meats, cooked over the Big Green Egg. Expect a selection of: South Downs lamb, Red Sussex beef and Saddleback pork, simply cooked over fire to highlight their natural character and provenance. Served with seasonal vegetables and fresh, vibrant salads.
