The Annual Membership requires a single payment at the beginning of the membership term and covers a full year with a commitment period of 12 months. On the other hand, the Monthly Membership involves monthly payments, facilitated by a direct debit setup, with a 30-day notice period for cancellation. Annual membership represents a significant saving across the year compared to the Monthly Membership option.
Additionally, the Annual Membership comes with enhanced benefits, including access to a 24/7 virtual GP service, 24 guest passes annually (compared to up to 12 with the Monthly Membership), and a ticket to the August Bank Holiday Friday horseracing meeting at Goodwood Racecourse. These added perks are designed to provide extra value and convenience to our members.

Yes, children are welcome to use our facilities during designated times. Family swim times are from 12 midday until 6 pm on weekdays and from 10 am to 6 pm on weekends. Additionally, we offer junior gym times for those aged between 12-16 from 2 pm until 5 pm on weekends, with the requirement that they must be accompanied by an adult.
