Our new gym suite, powered by Technogym, brings together the latest in intelligent training with the personal support of our expert team. From AI-powered Biostrength machines, to the Technogym Checkup, every tool helps you measure, improve and sustain your performance over time.
Technogym Equipment
Our new equipment is connected to an AI ecosystem, enabling a fully personalised training experience easily accessible anywhere, anytime.

From energising HIIT, strength circuits, boxing fitness and group cycle sessions to Pilates, yoga and breathwork, plus uplifting aqua sessions and cardio and stretch, our timetable blends performance with restoration so you can build fitness, improve your technique and recover well.

Support and services
Experience true 360° personalised support, combining preventative health, performance and recovery. Our wraparound services connect you with expert practitioners and in-house health providers, from physiotherapy with Chichester Physio, health screening with Randox Health and private GP access.
Your journey begins with a Technogym Checkup, followed by a tailored programme shaped by our Wellbeing Directory of specialist trainers and practitioners, ensuring you’re supported at every step.

Goodwood’s Health Club and spa facilities are for Goodwood Health & Wellbeing Members. Alternatively, you can enjoy the spa facilities as part of one of our Wellbeing Day experiences, or when you attend one of our wellness retreats.

The Annual Membership requires a single payment at the beginning of the membership term and covers a full year with a commitment period of 12 months. On the other hand, the Monthly Membership involves monthly payments, facilitated by a direct debit setup, with a 30-day notice period for cancellation. Annual membership represents a significant saving across the year compared to the Monthly Membership option.
Additionally, the Annual Membership comes with enhanced benefits, including access to a 24/7 virtual GP service, 24 guest passes annually (compared to up to 12 with the Monthly Membership), and a ticket to the August Bank Holiday Friday horseracing meeting at Goodwood Racecourse. These added perks are designed to provide extra value and convenience to our members.

Yes, children are welcome to use our facilities during designated times. Family swim times are from 12 midday until 6 pm on weekdays and from 10 am to 6 pm on weekends. Additionally, we offer junior gym times for those aged between 12-16 from 2 pm until 5 pm on weekends, with the requirement that they must be accompanied by an adult.

Children under 1 – Swim for Free
Children aged 1 to 5 – Infant Guest Pass £5
Children aged 6 to 16 – Child Guest Pass £10
Pool bookings
Bookings must be made in advance, each adult member can book up to three places under their name. Each booking allows for a maximum of two children per adult (inline with our pool rules and requirements).

Health Club members are given an allowance of day passes as part of this membership, this includes 24 guest passes if you pay annually and 12 guest passes if you pay monthly.
Please note, this does not apply if you have a Gym or Run Club membership.

No. These services are open to both members and non-members. Health Club membership is not required to book:
- The Pilates Studio (reformer and equipment sessions)
- Chichester Physiotherapy
- The Randox Health testing clinic*
- The private GP surgery
However, members benefit from priority access, integrated personalised programmes and the wider facilities as part of their Health & Wellbeing journey.
*If you are visiting Goodwood for Randox Health testing, you will be able to use the Health Club facilities while waiting for the results to be processed. Speak to one of the Health & Wellbeing reception team on arrival.
