What is your role at Goodwood?

I act as the Coaching Consultant at Goodwood Health Club, overseeing coaching standards across the gym floor. I work closely with both the personal training team and our members to enhance the quality of delivery and elevate the overall member experience.

My priority is to refine how our coaches assess, programme and interact with members, helping us deliver a truly premium, considered and personalised service throughout the club. I focus on building an environment where anyone can thrive, whether they’re taking their first steps into wellness or performing at the highest level of sport.

What is your background in Health and Wellbeing?

Having been a professional footballer from a young age, I gained a lot of my experience from elite sporting environments. The foundations of my work, strongly influenced by EXOS, a world renowned leader in sports performance, are built on an understanding of movement training and how it can be used to optimise performance.

Now acting as a specialised performance coach, I create bespoke training programmes designed to bring out the very best in every individual I work with.

At the heart of my coaching is a commitment to understanding each person’s unique needs. My personalised approach has earned recognition from leading athletes and well known personalities across the world, establishing myself as one of the most in demand trainers in my field.

How do you define Health and Wellbeing?

For me, true health and wellbeing is built on precision, structure and genuine personal relevance. I don’t believe in generic or one size fits all approaches. Instead, I focus on creating programmes with clear intent and progression, designed around the individual rather than the other way around.

My definition of wellbeing goes beyond physical improvement. It’s about moving well, building confidence and a considered structure.
