Health and Wellbeing

What are you most looking forward to bringing to the Health Club as Spa Manager?
I’m delighted to be joining Goodwood as Spa Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in luxury wellness, spa and clinics across the UK and internationally. I’m passionate about wellbeing in its fullest sense, not just how we look and feel in a treatment room, but how we support our health, energy and lifestyle as a whole. I’m really looking forward to getting to know our members, building on the fantastic experience already here and bringing new ideas, experiences and opportunities to help people feel their very best.
Are there any treatments or services you would particularly recommend to a client and why?
Since joining Goodwood, I’ve had the opportunity to experience a few of our treatments firsthand. The Ho Leaf & Rosemary Muscle Melt has quickly become a favourite. As a busy Mum who enjoys staying active, I really appreciate the restorative benefits of a longer treatment and 90 minutes offers the perfect amount of time to relax and reset. The blend of nutmeg, rosemary and lemongrass creates a wonderful aroma while helping to ease tired, hardworking muscles.
I’m also looking forward to trying the QMS Facial. I’m a big believer in results-driven skincare and the combination of advanced products with LED technology makes this treatment particularly appealing. It has an excellent reputation for delivering visible results and I’m excited to experience it for myself.
What is one wellness habit you swear by?
If I had to, it would be a daily walk. I enjoy getting outside, taking a break from the busy pace of the day and giving myself time to move and clear my head. For me, it's all about simple, everyday habits.
What does health and wellbeing mean to you?
For me, Health and Wellbeing is about nurturing the whole person, mind, body and soul. It goes beyond exercise and skincare; it's about how we move, rest, nourish ourselves, manage stress, build meaningful connections and make time for the things that bring us joy. I’m passionate about taking 360 approach to wellbeing finding a balance that enables people to feel healthy, happy and at their best.
