For the last two decades Sangeeta has dedicated herself to studying and teaching breath work. In addition to a strong western evidence based approach, Sangeeta compliments her work by incorporating Ayurvedic traditions.
Sangeeta travelled to India to study Pranayama and Ayurveda with one of the great Yogic masters living in India, Swami Randev Ji. Her teaching combines science with a practical and fun-to-use approach. She welcomes discussion and questions so that the whole group can learn together.
