Our two-day retreat, set on the beautiful Goodwood Estate, provides you with the opportunity to explore the world of breathwork and unlock the power of your breath in a safe, supportive environment.
This retreat goes beyond just learning breathwork, it’s an invitation to discover practical, research-backed tools that can help you manage stress, sharpen your focus, elevate your energy, sleep more deeply and nurture your overall wellbeing.
We’ll start with gentle techniques to release tension, then transition into conscious breathwork set to shifting rhythms and music, ending with a soothing deep relaxation.
Mood Improvement
Alter your internal chemistry through breathwork, stimulating the vagus nerve and reducing activity in the amygdala to lessen reactions to emotional triggers.
Reduced Stress and Anxiety Levels
Activate your body's parasympathetic nervous system through breathwork to lower heart rate, reduce blood pressure and the body's stress hormone.
Improved Sleep Quality
Calm the mind and shift from "fight-or-flight" to a restful state through breathwork, signalling the body to relax and improve oxygen flow leading to deeper, more consistent sleep patterns.
The menu has been crafted by Goodwood's Gut Health Programme lead & nutritionist Stephanie Moore and Executive Chef Mike Watts. Each dish is designed to support longevity by reducing inflammation, enhancing gut health, and fuelling sustained energy.
Set in the heart of Goodwood’s 11,000-acre estate, The Goodwood Hotel offers a peaceful base for restoration. You will stay in a Signature Room with complimentary access to the gym, spa, sauna, steam room, pool and nature or breath walks to support your gut health and overall wellbeing.

Dan, Co-Founder of 'Vitae Vi' and certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, turned to breathwork after facing serious illness and Long Covid. The method transformed his health and inspired him to leave his corporate career to help others. Today, he empowers people to feel stronger, healthier, and happier through breath, mindset, and cold exposure - living proof of Wim Hof’s belief: “You are stronger than you think you are.”
