Julie's early career started in a healthcare setting - she helped to establish one of the first hospital-based palliative care teams in the UK. As part of the Health Psychology department, she also worked with cardiologists, oncologists, neurologists and particularly gastroenterologists to help people manage debilitating gut symptoms from conditions like irritable bowel syndrome. The natural connection between mind, body and performance is therefore a key driver for Julie's work on the Executive Reset.
Julie's coaching is shaped by her deep understanding of how people and systems respond to change. This comes from over 30 years experience as a CEO, Non-Executive Director, and as Consultant level Clinical/ Health Psychologist.
Her clients appreciate her intuitive radar of working out what it means to be them, in their particular role, navigating increasingly complex systems successfully. This is matched by an ability to gently yet firmly hold up the mirror, helping her clients to see opportunities for greater business performance alongside personal happiness/wellbeing.
Julie also works with people who have found that their eating and/or alcohol consumption has changed significantly after a bereavement. Grief can lead to significant weight loss/increase and create an emotional connection for unresolved grief.

Tim's career and passion for adventure began in here in Chichester where The Cub Scouts and school Cadet Force gave him a taste for the outdoors and fuelled his dream of becoming a pilot.
By 18, Tim had flown numerous solo sorties and been awarded a coveted position within the British Army Air Corps. Embracing the tough regime at the Royal Military Academy, Tim was singled out to lead his platoon and was awarded the Stockwell Sword as the best Junior Officer. As a natural in the air, he gained his Army Flying Wings in 1994 and started his 18-year military service.
2009 brought a new adventure for Tim, having left the military as a Major and working as a Senior Test Pilot, he surprisingly saw an online recruiting advert from the European Space Agency and leapt at the one-in-a-lifetime opportunity. After a year-long rigorous astronaut selection process, Tim was selected. He started his training in September 2009 and was assigned to a long-duration mission to the International Space Station in 2015.
Throughout his 6-month mission, he took part in over 250 scientific experiments, conducted a spacewalk to repair the Station’s power supply and helped dock two spacecraft.
Tim’s passion for STEM and inspiring the next generation of scientists, engineers and explorers saw him focus on educational outreach at the Station and engaged more that two million school children across Europe in over 30 projects.
