Chia Muesli Recipe
Ingredients:
- 70g Chia seeds
- ¼ tsp Mixed spice
- 2tsp Honey
- 300ml Water
- 1 Tin coconut milk
- 200g Red apples (diced, skin on)
- 150g Pears (diced, skin on)
- 100g Cashews (soaked overnight)
- Berries and orange zest for decoration
Method:
- Mix everything together, except for cashews, apples and pears. Leave to soak for 5mins
- Stir together, add the diced cashews, apples and pears
- Place into glasses, 100g per portion, top with berries and grated orange zest
