What is your role at Goodwood?

I am the Membership Administrator at the Goodwood Health Club, where I look after our members and support them throughout their journey with us.

What do you enjoy most about the Health Club and your role?

It’s the people. Having been at Goodwood for 30 years, I’ve built some truly special relationships with both colleagues and members, which means a great deal to me. I feel incredibly proud to be part of such a unique and respected place with a genuine sense of community. I love welcoming new members and supporting them as they begin their journey, but there is also something rewarding in seeing familiar faces and playing a role in their ongoing wellbeing over time.

What is a wellness habit you swear by?

Consistency is key for me. I start every morning with Symprove, which I’ve found really beneficial. I also make a conscious effort to spend time outdoors whenever I can. Walking in the fresh air is a simple but important way for me to reset, feel energised, and reconnect with my surroundings.

What does health and wellbeing mean to you?

For me, health and wellbeing begins with maintaining a positive mindset. Being two years in remission has given me a deep appreciation for life and I try to approach each day with a sense of gratitude. Spending time with family and friends and embracing life fully plays an important role in helping me feel at my best.

What makes Goodwood special to you?

Goodwood has been part of my life for more than half of it, which makes it incredibly special to me. It’s where I met my husband, where we got married and where my son now works. Celebrating my 30‑year anniversary with tea at Goodwood House alongside the Duke of Richmond was a truly memorable moment. It feels like more than just a workplace, it’s a place rich in memories, friendships, and a sense of belonging.
