The menu has been crafted by Goodwood’s Gut Health Programme Lead and Nutritionist, Stephanie Moore, and Executive Chef, Mike Watts. Each dish is designed to support longevity by reducing inflammation, enhancing gut health, and fuelling sustained energy.
Set in the heart of Goodwood’s 11,000-acre estate, The Goodwood Hotel offers a peaceful base for restoration. You will stay in a Signature Room with complimentary access to the gym, spa, sauna, steam room, pool and nature or breath walks to support your gut health and overall wellbeing.

No, we’d like you to be able to relax and fully submerge yourself into the journey. Children won’t be able to attend group/spa sessions. However, if family would also like to stay in the hotel for a holiday whilst you retreat then this can be arranged.

You can arrive whenever you like and are able to use the Health Club facilities and restaurants at your leisure. Check in is from 14:00pm. We will let you know the time of your first appointment prior to your arrival. Check out time is by 11:00am. You can use the facilities as above.

When paying for the five day Goodwood Wellness Retreats, you can pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking. We will be in contact with you six weeks prior to your retreat check in to collect the second 50%.
